- Utah Permit: $51.00 [Good for five years! Only $15.00 to renew every 5-years]
- Arizona Permit: $60.00 [Now valid in Nevada]
- Florida Permit: $117.00 [Good for seven years]
Florida CCW Permit applications require proof of prior training, experience or live-fire range qualification. Additional charge of $25.00 for range qualification if needed. Fees listed below include Photographs and Fingerprints where applicable.

- Utah, Florida, and Arizona CCW Permits DO NOT allow you to carry a concealed firearm in California.
- Utah, Florida, and Arizona CCW Permits are issued for “Personal Protection”.

Residents of Utah may also carry in Florida and Colorado. Residents of Florida may also carry in Michigan and New Hampshire. These four States do not currently honor “Non-Resident” Permits.
